The Talent Pool is a market exclusive email forum for voice talents, production pros, imaging directors, and other creative geniuses who oversee all of their stations’ audio production, voice work, copy writing, station imaging, etc. If accepted into the Talent Pool, you will become a member of an elite pool of talents that freely share voices, copy writing, license-free music and sound effects, original ideas, and more. You’ll have access to numerous voices and minds outside of your station and market to use for client commercials, station promos, on-air bits, etc.
NOTE: While membership is free, the Talent Pool is MARKET EXCLUSIVE and travels with the individual, not the station. Acceptance is based on the submission of a completed application, a voice/production demo, and approval of current Talent Pool members. If accepted, Talent Pool members will need to be able to accept large sound files via email. The Talent Pool is moderated by Creative Services Director and Morning Show Host, Darren Marlar of
